ABOUT
At Ethereal Interrupt colour, shape, proportion and texture is the life blood of our design process. We are fascinated with the fact that very complex forms can be created from simple rule sets and local interactions. We work in a variety of mediums and use various digital and analog techniques in the development of our work. We have been experimenting with generative creation systems, GANs and opens source data sets to algorithmically generate artwork. We augment our work by combining traditional techniques with output from custom built algorithms that are designed NOT to produce a fixed outcome but a myriad of distict creations. Our density modifying B-spline light series of drawings is an example of this.
